The following are just some of the many clients throughout the UK for whom Northern Link has provided traffic survey services.  Most of those listed are current, permanent contracts and represent a sample of its larger contracts.  Northern Link has many additional links to other clients through partnerships and would be delighted to send details of referees and testimonials from satisfied clients.

Recent contracts

Capita Symonds
In April 2008, Capita Symonds awarded Northern Link a contract to collect traffic data throughout Cumbria until 2010.

Jacobs
During 2008, Jacobs Consulting used Northern Link to undertake their link based Department for Transport count surveys. The surveys use Northern Link's Highways Agency approved video system, and the success of the project has led to it being awarded for 2009.

Ongoing contracts

National Park Authorities, Visitor Centres and County Parks
The development and control of traffic through a park, such as the Lake District, requires discreet monitoring.  The installation of new inductive loop sites for the Park Management Teams are an extremely useful tool in the enhancement of the parks. Bodenham Lake and Queenswood Country Park, in Herefordshire, have recently installed permanent loop sites to monitor visitors.

National Consultants
Atkins, Jacobs Babtie, WSP, Fairhurst & Partners, Pell Frischmann, MLM, TA Millard and MVA Manchester,  to name a few, have and are using Northern Link's services for before-and-after studies, junction improvements, traffic calming etc.

Local Authorities
Knowsley MBC, Barnsley MBC, Liverpool City, Cheltenham BC, South Gloucestershire Council, Swindon BC and Herefordshire CC are just a few examples of the local authorities that have found that using Northern Link as a service provider has met their traffic data collection needs.
